Same. I saw how little the men did at family gatherings and friends houses growing up. No thanks. Even without kids, the trap is still there whenever there is cis het cohabitation (cleaning, pet care, etc.).

What is it with people that do this? My neighbor across the street has been trying to put up fencing in his front yard after dark for the past week. Sadly leaf blowers are the least of the obnoxiousness in my suburb.  It’s been worse with the “stay at home” order. I hope the housing market holds so I can sell my house when this is over.

I’m guessing you aren’t in an area that has been hit particularly hard by this yet. It’s very much in my area and there is no way in hell I’m doing my own shopping. The neighbor next to me has been renovating their home for the better part of a year now (and I’ve had the pleasure of hearing every minute of it) and the one across the street is a misogynist and pyromaniac.  Forced socialization with them would only result in bloodshed.

I think the real question is who uses their real name in a dating app?

I’m guessing nothing you could find on Klobuchar could come close to the behavior of the current shitstain in office. Maybe check your priorities?
