He is in a gym, which is a private establishment that he presumably pays money for a membership, with the reasonable expectation that what he does at the gym will stay at the gym. There's a clear difference between looking at someone with your eyes and recording it to post on the internet, which is forever, for people to judge, praise, ridicule, whatever.

What's the difference? The problem in both cases is a lack of consent. You can't have it both ways.

And if this were an attractive woman in revealing yoga pants and a sports bra having the same kind of fun? Or how about an overweight woman with less graceful moves, but still having fun? The point is that he does not appear to know he's being recorded, and as such it is an issue of consent, not fun.

In other words, he was asking for it? If this were a creepshot of a woman, would she be asking for it too? And if she were doing something sexy rather than silly? It's a fine line, and I'm not sure where it should be drawn.
