I guess I got lucky, then. I dated a co-worker, we broke up, were perfectly civil to each other, remained good friends... then eventually got back together and are now married!

Not to be a jerk, but.... You’re conflating “average” with “median.”
Yes, the rule is “when in doubt, remove the other person.” For picture labels, putting “this is a picture of...” in front is a good way to remember it, like you said. After all, “this is a picture of I” doesn’t make sense.
I’m one of those people. I usually can’t fall asleep without a comforter or blanket on me—for some reason I have to have that weight there.
But you can add them using ALT codes. Em dash is ALT+0151.
Carrier leasing. We switched to t-mobile while a promotion was running that would take $15 off the lease price for a new iPhone if you traded in any working smartphone, so I switched in my 3-year-old iPhone 4s. Without that promotion, it would have had a trade-in value of about $26. But now, as long as don’t upgrade…
Yeah, but sometimes you don't have that luxury. For example, if you know you're not going to be living in that area for very long, it doesn't do any good to buy a place.
Uno would probably help! It would be good for the “attention and focus” thing, for two reasons: 1) the order getting shaken up due to “skip” and “reverse” cards, and 2) keeping tabs on how many cards the other players have, so that you can yell “Uno!!” before they do.
To practice attention and focus even more, add this…
Use the scheduled Do Not Disturb on the iOS settings, and make sure it’s set to ignore notifications during the set hours even when the phone is unlocked. You may not get joy from the toilet plunger itself, but having a toilet not be clogged anymore certainly brings joy (or at least relief)!
My understanding is that they want you to tell a real weakness, and then talk about what you’ve done to improve/overcome it. For example, “I’ve always struggled with time management, but I’ve found that by scheduling specific times for each task on my outlook calendar, I don’t end up scrambling to finish everything at…
For us it's one person loads the dishwasher and the other unloads.
I think the quality time together probably has a lot to do with it too.
% of your total monthly budget spent on food: about 11%.
Same here. I spent about $30 on gas with my AmEx yesterday, but it preauthorized like $100.
Is that on a credit card or a debit card? My understanding is that they do it that way for credit cards, but they precharge a larger amount on debit cards.
Makes sense. But when stores advertise "free gift with purchase," then it's either redundant or a lie.
