I know this kills me. If a pedestrian walks across the highway and I see them and intentionally swerve to hit them I am the bad guy. Period. End of discussion. Doesn’t matter who has the “right of way”

I misspelled “urge”. Like WTF? ea instead of u. Under pressure I completely fold.

I AM too old for this shit, but I still like/love the music. I saw Dead Letter Circus at a small club in San Diego and it freaked me out, they allowed 13(!!!!) and up and the average age was probably 18 and 90% male. Trust me, there are still young music fans that like aggressive music I just wonder that many venues

Then change the Constitution.

That’s fair, most of the people I know who are not religious at all would still self identify as Christian.

I know some awesome animal lovers. I also know a few really cool scientists and engineers.

Why hasn’t this woman met other Christians? Many of my devout friends found tons of other Christians to date at their churches and Bible studies. Let alone at the large Christian music festivals, etc.

I’m also an atheist and 90% of my friends are Christians of some sort, and the rest are Muslim or Jewish. I only have one friend that identifies as an atheist but if asked he will say Jewish.

Hell, it looks like part of the problems in Africa and the Middle East are already being fueled by climate change. Serious crop failures, droughts, etc. tend to lead to big social upheaval.

I doubt Huckabee is the type that uses the word Asian. I suspect Oriental is his choice.

You do get surprised at some sporting events and parades with this in the US. Especially the big events.

Elton John’s Nikita is an example of similar with how people in the US view names. Nikita is traditionally a male name but for some reason it sounds feminine to people here.

And there are varieties in the “white” names, too. Aubrey, Marie-Claire, Blaine, Genevieve all sound rich. Billy Bob, Nevaeh, Syndee, Jaxson all sound like the other side of the tracks and that adds a little more division.

It’s not anti-Islamic, I think. Especially considering a bunch of the foreign workers (that used to come) from places like Indonesia are also Muslim. That would be like saying that it’s anti-Christian if an American abused a Mexican immigrant worker.

For me the weirdest thing I had to get over was how bad my muscles would seize up if I stopped for a minute or even walked for a bit. If I’m running any distance at all I can’t take a break or I’m done.

The 10 year old might even have been a boy wanting a condom..and maybe for no other reason then curiosity, or to appear cool, look what he has in his backpack “just in case”....

I know there was one officer/lawyer that was legally fighting some of the more overt stuff at the Air Force Academy years ago. He was Jewish. I remember reading a made a comment he made about not feeling the need to respect someone’s opinion that was comfortable having Anne Frank burning in hell for eternity for her

You’re not kidding about rural CA. There is a Catholic convent up in No. Cal and some of the more batshit neighbors of them used to have all sorts of mean signs up on the properties nearby. Evil cultists not wanted here, Nuns go home! type of stuff. When the convent was being built the signs were worse.

I love the white authentic kind of queso, too, didn’t realize it was hip. I also like the yellow colored queso, especially if it involves a good cheddar. Hell, I like the stuff that seems like melted Velveeta. I would ONLY get annoyed if I paid a ridiculous sum for the Velveeta stuff...unless I was at a theater or
