I read elsewhere he might have had a temp. id. Many bars (esp. in college towns) won't accept them. He might have been turned away purely for not having a "real" id. Not a fake one.

Yeah, except apparently they never talked to him. They jumped him as he left the line for the bar. There was no discussion.

As others have pointed out, they didn't charge him for that. He might have just had a temp. id which alot of bouncers won't accept in college towns.

Yeah, the only time I saw more happen was when my 15 year old friend got caught in a bar. The bar called the cops and they, the cops, escorted her home to her parents. She's white.

Eagles & hawks are predators, too. Would you really excuse someone beating/killing one if you saw it go for a mouse, gopher, duck, etc.?

My fundie SIL used to volunteer at one of these places in Texas. It makes me crazy. I asked her once if a 16 year old found out they were lucky and NOT pregnant do they tell them about birth control and was not surprised to find out of course not.

My gifted class (decades ago in AZ) was treated very much as a special needs class. I'd say 50% of my classmates were troubled students, failing classes, addicts. I liked the group just because of the things we did, trips we took where we could be ourselves and not be made fun of for actually enjoying/being excited…

LOL. My husband was so impressed with my pore forest he let me put a strip on his nose. I'm still happy at what I was able to get from him. It should be gross but, damn, it made me happy.
