You can. The only things to come out of Defenders worth noting: Misty gets her bionic arm, there’s a tease for Daughters of the Dragon, and Matt Murdock will be found in the rubble and start off kind of like he did after his apartment blew up in “Reborn”.

I’m planning on watching season two without watching the Defenders, which is just not my thing, but I’d be interested to hear what her character arc is in it. I’m sure there’s a summary somewhere.
