Because this was the fourth time we've seen the exact same thing.  If a recurring sketch can't evolve, why is it recurring?

It reads more like "Waltz was good but the sketches were meh," which is somehow an A-.  Personally I give it a C+, slightly above average thanks to Waltz's game-ness, but that can't save a show full of fairly run-of-the-mill sketches.

I couldn't disagree more, the Californians was great as a one-off sketch that never should've come back a second time, let alone this… fourth? time?  It's a pretty shallow sketch.
