God damn this song breaks my heart.  :(

And the cat's in the cradle and the silver spoon
Little boy blue and the man on the moon
When you comin' home dad?
I don't know when, but we'll get together then son

Wizard, etc.

My dad's a Yahoo user, and I do insult him on pretty much a daily basis for being a Yahoo user.  Please, carry on.

Biggiejuice, Biggiejuice, Biggiejuice!

I have plenty of bumps I would abort if I could.

"…because I posted things making fun of them."

@rmarma:disqus Agreed, if Josie and Kristen had had that conversation in front of me, I would have let them say their piece, them immediately said what I had seen in the kitchen - that Josie was lazy and combative and that Kristen, while taking the blame for it, also was the one who made the best of the situation.

@LurkyMcLurkerson:disqus : I forgot about Mae Whitman, her work as Ann in Arrested Development and as Roxy in Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World made me very happy to see her here!

I think in the same way balancing your work load and cooking your own dish is important as leader in a team challenge, being able to assign both praise and guilt is important.  Kristen could have found a graceful way to admit that while she could have done more to solve the problem, "the problem" itself was Josie's

I don't get why Kristen didn't say, explicitly, that Josie was supposed to begin the sauce preparation the day before, but didn't, and that was why the sauce didn't have enough time to be made so the gelatin could set properly.

@avclub-2699a553580f039ce51cb742ed676ad2:disqus : Yeah, she's the only character on the show I have grown to dislike, and I blame it largely on the writers.  The other characters grow in such interesting ways, but Sarah seems content to ignore her depressed son and futz about with ANOTHER love triangle…  Like, can she

My high school experience was surprisingly similar, minus the Skittles.

Too young for AARP.  What's a preteen mom to do?

Braverman of the Week goes to Victor - was this his first title sequence, or did I just not pay enough attention before?  If it's his first title week, kudos to the official coronation   If I'm dumb, Braverman of the Week goes to Joel's chest hair.

@avclub-57db7d68d5335b52d5153a4e01adaa6b:disqus That could be true, I mostly heard, "Oh, Mark, hi, my plot point left his plot point at home to drive the exposition forward, so go ahead and ask me out, now."

A sexy unfair advantage.

…could be broadcast on her "forehead."

Well, to me, it's funny that his use is so blatantly situational at this point.  He's always a plot point, but then, who wants to watch a show about, "Hey mom, I'm a boring teen."
