If I am remembering correctly, Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days plus 90 days, I think in 2010, and served 14 days. Then she spent a day in jail but went to rehab instead. I believe all of her other jail terms were served via house arrest.

Punching some rando in a club doesn't paint her in a great light as it is. I didn't see anything in this article that was overly cruel - her fading from the public light isn't necessarily a bad thing when she clearly can't handle it.

I think the judges put a ton of weight into her delegating without doing it right, too. She should have asserted herself a little more and gotten some grill time, at least for the judges plates, but instead just let someone else cook her dish - weak.
