Really? Arent they cagey about confidentiality? Wouldnt that be a violation of their profession?

Are those bar association hearings public? Why would all the lawyers in Arizona know unless transcripts were let out?

He was there when they shot that truck driver of the truck mike hijacked. He's an underling so I assumed he'd be the shooter.

I know but it's only a vague sense of things Im getting so the mystery is still there.

Thanks!

Nacho is a pretty good son. Works hard all day being a drug kingpins main guy then comes home and respectfully works at his father's business.

I havent seen BB so maybe this all gets addressed.

I wonder if they just didnt "click" enough in bed to make them want to do the deed constantly. They really enjoy each others company, respect each other, blah blah but maybe they just dont get along skin to skin and so after trying it decided to just stay really close friends.

Kim's talk at the hearing about Jimmy and Howard's talk to Chuck are both so great. Measured, calm, intelligent, hitting all the right emotional notes for the audience. Theyre both pretty darn good lawyers.

See I could swear there was an episide where chuck explained he went home, did a careful auditing of what happened to the missing money and determined it could only have been jimmy given who was working at the times and how jimmy happened to have cash. And that this was a regular, ongoing thing into his late teens.

And that there is why jimmy is guaranteed to become Saul no matter what chuck did/does.

So, the person who trusts is more at fault for getting stolen from then the person who actually did the stealing??

Didnt mean he had to join in on it.

Im not saying I don't _like_ Jimmy. I do but that's one of the great things about this show. It's not afraid to confront that some very likeable people can do some very morally shaky things.

When did he really put forth _consistent effort_ to change? On par in time and energy with his years of fleecing people?

How?

Chuck saw the effects of Jimmy's lack of morality when it came to his own parents. That's hard to shake off.

Me too.

There is no proof that the documents were changed so I think the tape can now be read as "I was just saying whatever I could to help my crazy brother. I would have confessed to hiding Jimmy Hoffa's body if it would have helped him"

I know.
