Kim's talk at the hearing about Jimmy and Howard's talk to Chuck are both so great. Measured, calm, intelligent, hitting all the right emotional notes for the audience. Theyre both pretty darn good lawyers.

See I could swear there was an episide where chuck explained he went home, did a careful auditing of what happened to the missing money and determined it could only have been jimmy given who was working at the times and how jimmy happened to have cash. And that this was a regular, ongoing thing into his late teens. …

Im not saying I don't _like_ Jimmy. I do but that's one of the great things about this show. It's not afraid to confront that some very likeable people can do some very morally shaky things.
