This is an excuse for a locking nut. If you can get it off that easy it’s not a locking nut, is it? What if the locking nut is a proper quality one with a spinning ring, 2" deep on my BMW X5 ?

It’s a long time since I read such a load of old crap. Try a BMW X5 with the bolt a tight fit in the hole. Any decent locking nut with a spinning ring on it. Range Rover or Jaguar with the spinning dome. Any Mercedes with a good fitting bolt or any McGard bolt. What a waste of time.
