I think that's a bit too generalized. I have a short waist and high-waisted stuff (skirts and jeans) looks great on me, as well as being hella comfortable- it makes me look way taller. I don't have much of a butt, but I do have big hips, and a higher waist is really the only way to accommodate them.

Correct. If you're ruler-straight, low-rise jeans are probably going to look great. If you have some hip and/or ass working, high-waisted jeans are a godsend. (I am wearing a pair right now. The fact that there's no gap at the back and I don't have to constantly hoik 'em up is joyful.) And mid-rise tends to suit…

It's always strange to me that a woman can say "porn has affected me negatively" and someone else will tell her "no it hasn't" or "if it has, that's your own fault."

I don't know. Random killings are harder to solve, and if she killed people that nobody was really interested in - like drug addicts etc. - then I think it is possible.
