Taking a frozen hunk of roast and coming home to pot roast is a good use for instant pot, but not slow cooker, due to the slow heating and time in the "danger" temperature zone of the slow cooker. I use my Instant Pot regularly. And my new air fryer too. Hubby likes fried fish but I don’t like the grease. Tried it in air fryer and we both liked it. Great for heating up stuff too. I’m doing airfrying baby eggplants tomorrow then cooking them in a curry sauce...

Bite or slice through the pasta with a fork about two minutes before the package lists as “done”. Look at the sliced wnd. See that bit of white? Now cook another minute and test again. Then every 30 seconds. As soon as the white is gone, it’s al dente. 

Made this tonight. Decided it was a bit too tart so added a half ounce of Cointreau to sweeten and mellow it out. Note that I was using regular lemon juice not Meyer lemon. Nice and tart and yes, like drinking sunshine. Thanks 😊
