Oh yeah. I don't mean to say that no one has a hard time! Of course everyone has a different experience with any given surgery. I suppose I get a little defensive and have to defend my precious c-section because so many people act like it's the worst thing ever.

Sounds like quite an adventure! And I have heard of di/di being identical. We find out their...(I hate to sex or gender for the obvious reasons, so I'll just say anatomy) soon and I'm quite excited. I guess if they are boy and girl I'll know for sure about fraternal, but if they're the same I intend to get the testing

Welllll technically you can have boy/girl identical twins but it is extremely rare. And I'm pretty sure it would have been mentioned. But the article says identical twin girls - it was changed maybe?

Well it's the most common surgery done in most hospitals. I was up walking around after 24 hours and off pain meds after two weeks. I think the horrors of c-section are vastly overblown for most women.

So you can't be a true woman if you haven't given birth? Way to be transphobic and also generally assy to child-free women, infertile women, and people with tocophobia.

Yep, my 7 lb, 15 oz baby was 21.5 in at birth, iirc. This baby must be a very roly poly little dude.

The scary thing is that few triplets even weigh they much combined at birth!

Dear GOD. I'm having di/di twins in April (or March) and I am just hoping they make it to 5 lbs! Your wife is amazing! Or her uterus is. Or something.

This is why i totally believe in maternal request c-sections.

I am so bummed that my parents were super Fundie growing up. I got yanked out of school during the Halloween party at the end of the day, usually for a medical appointment. Then we would go to church and attend a harvest party (barf) where we'd receive a small paper sack of pity candy. Terrible. We were allowed to

Something about that extremely exasperated CRISTO! made me want to visit Italy immediately (and maybe give this man a kiss on the cheek).

I'm pretty sure Sebastian is in the top 200 now.

Nina not so much, but Nora is definitely a thing. Big time.

Old lady names are amazing. I totally have some old lady names on my name list.

Shiiit a bunch of those are on my baby name list for the twins! Come on now, I don't like them ironically. Goddammit.

"I am Cherokee Indian." Of course you are, sweetheart.

You just don't get it. You probably don't even eat kale.

"Get this thing THE FUCK OFFA ME ugh gross."

As soon as the cord stops pulsing and kinda goes all flat, the benefits of delayed clamping cease, so yeah.

She thinks shoes ruin the electrons in your feet or something. I read it and mentally blacked it out immediately because wow.
