Marvel is saying they don't want to make any more movies origin stories, so I'm thinking that they're going to use this to introduce Carol into the MCU (even if it piggybacks into Civil War), and establish her powers as Kree. But her movie will not be an origin story.

Not seeing much conversation about the Kree weapon. It doesn't *look* like it from the comic books, but I think it's the Psyche-Magnetron core, which would open up a way to get pure terrigen crystals without the diviner metal.
