I would be interested in knowing 'exactly' what the low fat diet consisted of.

The bulk of the benefits are going to come from the fruit and veg side of the diet so this doesn't mean you can chow down on meat sauces and top with sh*tloads of cheese and think you're doing yourselves any favours.

May I ask, what is the religious reason behind the no onion etc, etc rule?
