I was bullied in school so I in no way condone it but comparing a life changing rape, where as another poster said her insides needed surgery because of the damage, with bullying just doesn't count.

I just recently started doing 'The Starch Solution' diet which is a no fat vegan diet essentially.

It depends on your budget, but books where the girl saves the day.
