I thought the kid was hilarious and I generally don't like kids on TV shows. He also was barely in the second episode.

I don't think this is accurate. BCS averages 1.6M viewers live, which isn't huge but also not that different from most other AMC shows (TWD is the only one with monster ratings). It actually is not that different than Mad Men or Breaking Bad's early seasons either - both of which had fairly average live ratings until

IMO it gets hype because it is a show that is easy for a large group of people to relate to that is also generally very fun to watch. I agree with the complaints that say the stuff with Aziz and Francesca was just OK and could have been done better but in between that, you have a fantastic opening episode in Italy,

OP says he liked the show and it is well done. You say "I'm with you" and "god, is it bad" - I don't think you're on the same page at all based on that.

Wouldn't agree with that at all but to each their own.

I'd be cool with an animated series, unfortunately it seems like interest in that series has waned quite a bit since the Nickelodean show.

I can't take you seriously if you think the horrible acting by Aziz's parents was the best on the show. They were cute and funny, for sure, but the acting was noticeably bad and noticeably worse than the real actors.

I think Agents of SHIELD belongs on this list. Both the LMD and Agents of Hydra arcs were excellent and aired entirely in 2017 and they are the first show I can remember which nailed the "pod" concept and made a 20+ episode season feel like three well-connected mini-seasons (Heroes is the only other show I can

I mean the series establishes that a good portion of wizards hate Muggles and even those who don't seem to put up with Muggle-born or half-blood kids being insulted. So not hard to imagine that in JK's world, wizards are that big of dicks to normal people.

I loved the books as a kid, me and my sister used to have to share one copy of the books and would argue over who got to read them first on release day and make whichever one won that argument finish the book ASAP. By the fifth book, we would each have it read in a single day or less.

Man…Animorphs. I loved that series as a kid and the ending was pretty good but was also a major bummer.

Holy shit - that is a nice lineup of games. May buy this if I can get a hold of one.

Given Silicon Valley dealt with Christopher Evan Welch dying fairly well, it's a little hard for me to accept an explanation for a shitty ending being that they didn't know if TJ Miller would want to come back or not.

The way the show handled Gavin this year really bothers me. It came off as the writers having no idea how to write a version of Gavin who wasn't a huge asshole running Hooli so they put him on a Tibetan shelf for half a season until they could return him to his CEO position.

I don't even bother comparing Silicon Valley to BCS or Fargo so honestly that never even crossed my mind. It's not even close to those shows in overall quality IMO.

I truly believe this was an awful finale. Yes it had some good laughs but the story choices made were just plain awful.

Diminishing returns? Wholly disagree. It was incomplete but so was S5 until the one hour special they always intended to air with S5 aired. My understanding is the same thing happened with S6 where they just ran out of episodes to end the season as they intended.

I'm legit surprised he doesn't have one already.

I missed whatever was said in that first conversation as I was surprised last week when Emmitt talked about how Ray was years younger than him too. I still don't think it's some huge issue if people thought they were twins based on the casting and honestly if you see a lot of people making that mistake, it probably

It really is not obvious in the first episode and not everyone reads press releases either. Honestly I can't think of a single other time when a show or movie has used the same actor to play non-twin siblings.
