    "a happy-funtime-let's-make-whacky-zany-memes! machine"

I'm assuming the show would have brought Moriarty back for an arc if Natalie Dormer was available for any length of time. They had her kill Joan's nemesis last year after all.

There are very few interviews that have actually made me laugh out loud but this was one of them. The Yankee Stadium story was delivered perfectly.

Gotcha, yea I don't really mind that they killed Trip as they needed to kill someone and he was the most expendable. Just was saying when he first showed up in S1 he seemed to have a lot of promise as a fun, new addition to the team and it was a shame he never got fully utilized.

Fair enough. Also on that note, I'm always annoyed when Clarke Peters is killed off too soon. He was great on The Wire and had good season-long arcs on Damages and Person of Interest as well. Was a shame that he got killed off in John Wick and this quickly.

I'm not sure what's going on - do you think I'm arguing against you right now on something? I was making a specific point about Luke Cage in my OP and I think you think I'm taking a stance that the MCU kills off all of their black characters and responding in kind. I'm not…

I was making no point about Trip dying other than he fit the criteria of dygitalninja's reply to me (black character who died on AoS).

Maybe but was his death really even that impactful? He played a pretty minor character in the show.

Trip died last year on AoS as Daisy got her powers.

    (Spoilers for Jessica Jones ahead)

Is she as depressing and terrible of a character as she is in the show? Honestly my interest in the show goes down everytime she is on the screen moaning about not getting into magical school and how her life is over now.

I feel like the entirety of the Academy Awards has been compromised by this (not that it was great before). Now whoever is voting for nominees is going to have to think not only about who did the best job, but whether or not leaving someone out will start a social firestorm.

Yea…the whole opening sequence was incredibly clunky.

I'm confused…are you correcting how to pronounce it or how to spell it? Cause if it is the latter, the comic book character is definitely named Shayera so if closed caption said Chayara, closed captioning was wrong.

Well my assumption is Hawkman, Hawkgirl, and Atom all flew. But the rest…yea I dunno.

Add Connor Paolo to that Revenge list. And also to the just now formed Gossip Girl list (which would also include Taylor Momsen). Connor was just terrible on both shows and I was happy when he got killed off on Revenge.

Agree 100% with Schaal on 30 Rock.

She gets a lot better midway through the 1st season and even moreso in the 2nd. IMO her character changes almost as much as Leslie did from Parks S1 to S2.

BTW (and I had to do a bit of research to figure this out) by continuity of the show Wally should be 19-20. Francine abandons Joe about four years before he takes Barry in and isn't noticeably pregnant at that point. Barry was taken in at age 11 and S2 of the show takes place about 15-16 years later.

OK then I'll amend teenagers to just be people in my OP. My sister is 27 and sometimes picks the stupidest fights in the world with my mom (she still lives at home as she is in grad school).
