Definitely noticed it too. During Import/Export missions these fools will just go all over the place to get in your way. In some cases switch lanes in other start crossing the road from the opposite driveway for no apparent reason.

If possible and if you want to get knee deep in it consider the collector edition they issued with all 3 games on one cart (Birthright-Conquest-Revelations)

The Dreamcast had over 500 games. Not counting any virtual console titles or mobile ports I doubt the Wii U even had 1/5 of that....
