it's very true. I don't believe in such savings that give you 25 off if the bill is more then 100. What i do is i buy things in sharing and if you're buying alone then return the product and you'll get your money back.

during checking out at any store if the bill is 97.36 then if you'll pay by cash then the amount will be 97 and if it's 97.63 then the bill will come to 98. This is for cash transaction but if you're using card then the amount will not round off.
