AI that relies on random pictures is ethical. AI that relies on medical imagery is ethical. “Creative” AIs aren’t designed to be creative, they modify existing pictures just enough to be legally different. How would you feel if a random person took your work, ran it through a blender and put a new sticker on it?

Wow, spending hours on a tedious task to make money. I play games that DON’T feel like a job.

They openly admitted that this show continued just to maintain the MCU on TV, ratings be damned.

See how it just skids to face P no matter how much you dodge? That’s why I’m never playing this game. I already noticed it in the demo’s first boss, having giant bosses just turn around like they weight nothing is just cheap and defeats the purpose of “tough” games.

In France I just place an order, and just drive to my supermarket to pick it up free of charge. That’s not a thing in the US?

To me the generation gap is how they value their personal time, do you really think the money you save is worth the time you waste there? Parking, getting a cart, filling it, emptying it on the counter, filling it again, emptying it in the trunk... I just hate that, I’d rather shop online and be done in a few minutes.

Just watched Star trek insurrection (it’s terrible btw), how can a planet be so small it won’t accomodate a few 100 people more? Also, the real “fun” solution would had been to ruin the resort, but I guess Bethesda knew everyone would have picked this one.

To think a copycat (Naval action) was released in 2016

It sure has been a journey reading articles about the game getting better but... is the game itself any good? I’m just hoping for a honest review of the “definitive” version one day.

I understand the need for ads, but you’re making it REALLY hard to keep following you

It looks like a maggot?

ITS sandbox traversal

Same country that thought third reich themed bars or idols were a good idea. What irony is them finding out that other countries manage to make fun of something they are removed from.

Great article but... how confusing is it to call a group “1975”?

Did... did it spoof Space quest V, a 30 year old game?

when used wired, the cable also loads the Dualshock’s battery, so no need to ever charge it.

<sigh> of course it won’t be single use batteries, it’s actually like the PSP or earlier smartphones, that had proprietary but removable batteries. Now they’re glued in so that they CAN’T be replaced, or make it more difficult than using a screwdriver. It’s only about planned obsolescense, and the lew is trying to

and a reboot!

“Rather they work by converting the heat caused by radioactive decay into electricity”

Lol, the whole point of the episode is the robot looks like a vacuum cleaner, not a terminator. It’s a machine, it executes its program with no regard for context, by the end of the episode this little box felt way more terrifying than an “evil” robot because that’s exactly what it would be like IRL.
