Another time... was moving across country (Texas to Maryland), I was driving a ‘95 eclipse GST. In preparation for the drive, I changed out the timing belt, waterpump, balance belt & etc... I drove it around for a couple weeks to make sure everything was good to go, checked everything again & started on my journey...

The cop did chose the spot carefully, if you rewatch the video, it is right as he passed a parked car to prevent the person behind him from swerving to avoid hitting him. For the driver behind him it was the worst possible time. The driver was still able to come to a complete stop.
