I know how to catch Cresslia. You need to have a certain mirage spot called Crescent Isle. I got it off of BuzzNav. I flew there, and I got Cresslia.

What I did was I nicknamed it “Regice”. It still counts as a nickname, but I just kept it the same. It worked for me.
