Was talking to my kids the other day about how it seems that Skittles changed somewhere in the past 6-8 years or so from a pleasant crunchy-chewy hybrid to a fucking chore. I would still like the taste of Skittles, but I haven’t eaten them in forever because it’s too goddamned much work for something that small.
This is literally why I decided not to continue in graduate studies in history. Disabusing 18 year old white boys of their mythology in freshman US history over and over would have ended in murder-suicide, I swear.
Loooooooooooooooooooooooooove them.
Also used to work on Wall Street - I had one guy on my team tell me that if it came down to HRC as the nominee, he would vote for 45. I left Wall Street six months before the election and never looked back even though I took a paycut. Some things are worth losing a little money over.
It’s really not worth pointing out, since this is a story about Elizabeth Warren and not Bernie Sanders. You get that, right?
Is it because she’s dumb and bad at takes? It’s prolly because she’s dumb and bad at takes

Does this mean people can be ungreyed now?
take libby with you.
Sour Skittles are delicious...I’ll die on that hill. The rest are pretty bad though.
It’s a CYA statement. they’re avoiding the chance of being accused of libel. It’s the same reason newspapers say “alleged crime” before someone is convicted, even if it’s obvious they’re guilty.
You sound like a fun person who posts “if you can’t handle me at my worst you don’t deserve me at my best” memes with Marilyn Monroe in the background on social media.
Dear Troll:
Subject (and strange choice of target for scorn) aside, this isn’t even an article. There’s no through line, no theory, no point you ever get to. It’s just a collection of quotes from people with no underlying theme to hold it together. What was your conclusion after listening to all these interviews and podcasts?…
That was my nickname in college.
It’s interesting that I read articles like these on Lifehacker not because I believe they will help me, but to instead see how easily my depression can overwhelm whatever is suggested.
So much of it is the issue just wanting the fucking number on the scale to go down. Over the past 2 years, I've gone from 267 at my highest to 215 right now. It's honestly hard to do it the right way. Even when I upped my strength training about 8 weeks ago, I still had to fight the emotional thought pattern of "ugh…
I've seen people that have lost 0 pounds over the course of 2 years but *literally* 8-10 inches off their waist.
