Wisconsinite here. I get what you're saying, but at the same time, 300,000 people were thrown off the voting rolls in WI due to our backwards voter ID laws passed since 2012. It’s not unreasonable to suspect that played a role.

Agreed. I also have a (possibly embarrassing) soft spot for the "It's a Wonderful Life" or "A Christmas Carol" episodes that so many of them did.
