I don’t want to be a dick, but Magic isn’t a deck-building game. Deck-building game are games were you build the deck as part of the game - Dominion, Aeon’s End, Ascension, and many more are deck-building games. Magic, like most TCG/CCG/LCG, has you build the deck before you play the game.
