@muzicman82: Xmarks has a buyer. It's turning into a freemium service.

@michaelfox: I know, but unless I keep my subscription, I lose the @mac.com forever. That will be a sad moment, but I won't shed any tears about keeping the $100 subscription fee in my wallet.

This will be my last year of MobileMe. I've had a terrible time keeping contacts and bookmarks synced properly, and the iDisk is so...mediocre...compared to Dropbox that I can hardly stand shelling out the $100/year for a @mac.com email address anymore.

@Mr C: I think that's the problem - including the Apple product. I mean, everyone was winning in the current scenario: Apple was selling tons of Magsafe AC adapters just so they could be cannibalized for HyperMac products.

@Vega7: Well, there are several ways to do just that. Fly-alongs with the Russians and and planes are options we have to do just that, the former being a few million dollars more than the latter.

Gorgeous perspective/viewpoint from the ISS.

Isn't that just the same as 4chan visitors using Tor?

You get what you pay for with VPNs. Pay nothing, get lame service.

Great, now I can't believe anything I see unless it's with my own two eyes.

It's a pretty spectacular effect. When I was in Iraq it looked especially spectacular through night vision goggles when the aircraft was on the ground.

@johnnyabnormal: ...and the Andromeda and Milky Way galaxies collide. Destruction.

@PacJack360: You'll be using it to input your credit cards for your favorite websites if you don't stop acting like a baby for a second and think about the consequences.

Total crap. The worst part is that there is no good way to get an iPad, a MBP and a PC synced across 5 different browsers on each platform without Xmarks.

Tor, I2P, VPNs, proxies, PGP and disposable email.

These PPT slides were only declassified because some dummy at the Pentagon accidentally zipped these into the Stuxnet file.

So, when's France getting that Green Dam software installed?

Jesus, you forgot about UVB-76. Possible "dead hand" to ensure our destruction in the event of their eradication.

@Shnyzx: Son of a bitch. I lose.

Yeah, the Russians sent the robot. They also took the pencil into space rather than buying the space pen. And for somewhere between $20-35 million, we can fly to the ISS. BFD.

Oh, yeah. What would any training or meeting be without PowerPoint?
