"HOON" doesn't fit the clue. Hoon is not a 'type' of drifting, it is more a colloquial synonym for drifting. Also 'to hoon' encompasses many more activities then just drifting.

If they can let this on the streets, why not a UTV? Safety certainly doesn't appear to be an issue. Like you said, speed only matters on the highway. I'd love to use a UTV as a DD.
