Shenanigans? Aren't there two different grills on that Jeep? In one pic it looks chrome, the other it looks gloss black. Maybe it's just the lighting but I'm 97% sure they're different. Maybe they're just representative pix....

Yea, it might be back to the ol' psychology again...smaller roads + smaller cars = higher chance of death, so it's either slow down or become a better driver. Europeans have evidently gone the "better driver" route and "better drivers" = fewer collisions. Easy peasy.
