@MinardiGP: I doubt OnStar has the capability to lock a vehicle's drivetrain. GM's too cheap to install a steering wheel lock as it is. I just want the cops to know it's happening 'right now' and where to send them. This would be good for all OnStar vehicles...are you listening GM? I could use the royalty check.

@Tom Fuller: If you've got OnStar they're already watching, so that's a poor argument. Insurance isn't "free"...somebody has to pay for it. That 'somebody' is usually people like me (and I'm guessing, you) who can't afford an Excalade in the first place.

Sounds like a simple software upgrade to OnStar would solve this. GPS detects car moving without engine running? Automatic call to owner's home/work and police. You'll need some sort of "towing" override, but that's just an OnStar call away.

@bacon117: Be careful when you start talking about rights. One thing to remember, "commercial" airlines are businesses. They have the 'right' to refuse service to anybody, just like Walmart. If you want to use their service you have to play by their rules.

@apeshapedman: They who can give up "flying" to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither 'air travel' nor safety.

@Isetta: "Your Testicles and You."

@bacon117: @milkplus: I don't see flying as an "essential liberty."

Everywhere is walking distance if you have the time.

@xxpor: Wars suck, but you either fight or get taken over by assholes.

@Incredible: I hear what you're saying...if this were on a Hyundai it'd be 'cheap junk', but with the history of Ferrari this is definitely 'character'.

@FodderTheSane: It's only abuse if they don't enjoy it **grin**

@SSgtTEX: Needs more chrome. Chicks dig the chrome.

@ZeroOrDie: Hey! How did you get that picture of me? No, wait....there's more crap on *my* desk. But the resemblance is uncanny....
