I think the transaction limit is up to $175 now. Used to be $100. I remember having to swipe my card three times to fill my truck when diesel was at its peak.

For that kind of money it’d better have an aluminum block.
With UAW workers getting 400% raises and 4 day work weeks, expect cars to get a lot more expensive.
Road crews can’t just throw them in the trash. It’s considered hazardous waste and there are rules for disposing of it. My Dad was a county administrator for a while and piss bottles were a major problem.
From the interviews I’ve heard, he sounds like a whiny asshole. All he can say is “Well, the CEO got a 400% raise”. Why should UAW workers get a 4 day workweek? “Well, the CEO got a 400% raise”. Why should UAW workers get a 400% raise? “Well, the CEO got a 400% raise”. On and on. Well, guess what. You’re not as…
AngryExWife.
I disagree with all these statements. While those things are certainly hard to do, with enough research and preparation, they are certainly within the scope of a good do-it-yourselfer.
Possibly. I’ve been watching RichRebuilds on Youtube and it doesn’t look all that hard. But for those who can’t turn a wrench, a new Tesla battery is like $30k. That alone is going to send a lot of good condition cars to the crusher.
By the time an EV depreciates (to a price point that I can afford), it’s going to need a new battery that costs substantially more than the car is worth. Throngs of EV’s in fine condition will go the crusher because the battery is toast.
This is good. People want EV’s. I want one, although their disposable nature means they’ll never depreciate to my price point and still be usable.
Ambient Techno works for me. Not to be confused with techno. It’s low and slower with no lyrics.
First question: Do you have a million dollars?
Every GM with “Skip Shift”. To beat CAFE standards, when you go to shift from 1st to 2nd at less than full throttle, an electronic solenoid pushes you over into 4th instead. If I ever meet the person who invented it, I’m going to punch him in the face.
In my county, registering to vote gets a survey mailed to you to determine if you’re eligible for jury duty. Don’t fill it out if you don’t want to serve on a jury. I’ve been throwing them out for 30 years and never been called on.
Kratom.
A lot of coin, but I think if you want a good one, it’s going to cost you.
Checking Home Depot, the cheapest electric dryer is $209 and the cheapest heat pump dryer is $1449. At $85/year savings on your electric bill, it will take 15 years to break even. And it certainly won’t even last that long (also keep in mind that a heat pump dryer is massively more complex inside).
She’s single. I could hook you up.
AngryExWife takes half my pay. I roll on a $1500 motorcycle in rain, snow, sleet, or hail.
I wouldn’t be concerned with the salvage title. It would end up with one anyways.
