Oh Captain, My Captain!
Oh Captain, My Captain!
Dammit, I quit in season 4 because I hated everyone.
Maybe, but are people supposed to sit through four seasons of insufferable characters and plot lines to get to that fifth good season?
“Shoshanna in Japan.”
Its the way he inhabits his body. A character even mentioned it in Girls. He has a great body, and he occupies it in a way I haven’t seen other people do. I can’t really describe it, but if you watch him act you can see he’s just much more aware of his physical self and using it then just about anyone else I’ve…
That one was amazing, I remember sitting there like “damn” after it ended. I also really liked their treatment of “Shoshanna in Japan.”
I hated that fight between Adam and Jessa in the final episode, though. It rang so false, it made little sense and it was so annoying that it was about Hannah. Big plot mistake there, IMO.
I needed this, thank you!
My initial thought was that “becuase he has a huge dick” as if I somehow knew it to be fact?
Yep, the episode with Marnie and Charlie, in particular, was one of the better half hours of TV I watched last year, and I watch a lot of TV.
I know, it’s like, here come a zillion commenters to assure us how insufferable this show is etc etc etc, but I thought the last season was actually very good. The episodes were like little, beautifully shot mini-movies.
He’s just got that thing. He’s not empirically attractive, what with his asymmetrical face, but he’s so Goddamned charismatic and interesting that you can’t look away. The first time I saw him on Girls I had that cliched, “This kid is going to be a **STAR**!!” reaction.
As a straight guy, my own subjective guess is that that he manages to combine some of the iconic qualities of a starving artist/hipster type with also appearing to be “solid” enough to not blow away in a stiff breeze.
You like tall guys?

Last season was fantastic, so count me in.
This is amazing. THANK YOU.
the today show has a long and storied history of introducing and embracing new technology:
