Why do they need a “morality clause” to fire him? He sexually harassed co-workers while he was employed at NBC. NBC would be in some deep moral + legal shit if they forced women to work with someone who has demonstrated predatory sexism towards his co-workers. (And no I do not care that it was 11 yrs ago).
