This needs so many more stars. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

Yep. Reading about his record is making me super excited.

Agreed! It makes me really respect a person. Here’s my inside scoop from a man (who is an atheist) who worked for Kaine: “Aside from all the great reasons to pick Tim Kaine, he is a man of a deep and personal faith. I think that he is a man who strives to live out the best aspects of the Christian faith: charity,

He’s got an interesting record on abortion rights. . . . .Technically, he’s not pro-abortion personally, due to his catholicism. But he still fights for reproductive rights (including abortion). I respect him for this.

Agreed. I meant more in the sense of doing so within a private organization —e.g. your workplace, an online community, etc-without repercussions such as banning, firing, etc.

Conservatives’ interpretation of The First Amendment

Hahahahaha. Indeed.

Yes. This. And I hate it how people are just 1) buying this lame-ass (implausible) account and 2) treating this (or any) account as if it absolves everyone involved. . . . cause “Whoopsies!”

I didn’t even notice Cruz was going all Scorched Earth as I watched. I was too angry about him pretending the GOP is the party that TRULY cares about POC.

I’m disapointed that so many in the media seem to be buying the whole “Melania quoted Michelle (WHO SHE LOVES) over the phone to me and I wrote it down WORD FOR PERFECT WORD and then included it in a DRAFT!” excuse.

That’s interesting! It was one of the things that stuck out most to me in Obama’s speech—because I hadn’t heard it before.

Since we’re talking about Mike Bury-Your-Miscarriage Pence, let’s not forget that Donald Trump Jr. conveyed to John Kasich that, if he agreed to be VP, he would have all of the powers of the presidency. From the NYTimes:

I, personally, know I say, “your word is your bond” at least every other day. Very common phrase.

I didn’t know I could delete it. Care to tell me how?

You are right. I read the comment stream wrong. I apologize.

You are so right. I apologize.

Thank you! Do people even know what museums are?

Hi there, JE Reich is actually (in my experience) super respectful to commenters. I’m not sure this is necessary. . . . .

THANK YOU. I’m not sure why this article is snarking all over him. He seems to have given a lot of careful (and informed) consideration to this issue. He might use phrases EVERYONE wouldn’t use—but none of them seem to be out of ignorance. I don’t get it.

I have no words. I am enraged. I want to cry.
