I’m a trainer and I immediately caught how she is rolling her shoulders forward, collapsing her chest a bit, and basically using her trapezius (neck) to yank herself up. If she doesn’t wind up with bulging discs in her C-spine she’ll end up having to replace a shoulder down the road.

I’m a trainer and PUL-LEASE, her form is awful. She is able to lift the bar well but once she starts the push press her form starts to break down; by the last 3-4 reps she’s pushing her belly forward instead of thrusting from her hips and her knees shoot out ahead of her toes.
