Am I crazy or did anyone else notice a single Wife holding a baby in the wall of photos at the doctor's office amongst all the other framed photos of happy couples? Not sure how single motherhood works in this world but it seems to be a possibility.

Also, they'd probably have to explain that to the majority of the audience (it's only "KD" in Canada) and honestly… who cares?
