Based on the test drives that accompanied the reveal, it seems they solved those issues too. They ran that car (those cars? It looked like there might have been more than one) like crazy!

Thank you! I have been harping on this since I first saw it. I’ve lost several friends over my pedantry over it already. Mind you, I still want one of the new Roadsters*.

... jason...?
I was wondering about this myself. I knew a number of cars have this feature built in for safety, but I agree that it doesn’t seem fast enough to really be helpful. 😕 I guess I’ll have to google some more research... but first I have to watch more Stranger Things stuff. (I think this is how I become uneducated.)
Air Force here, and I just happened to be in Basic Training right around the time we had a trainee die of OVERhydration. What you’re saying is definitely true, but it’s also important, if you’re in a situation that requires lots of water to stay functioning, that you eat, or supplement electrolytes less you go too far…
What about airframes that are flown in the US but constructed elsewhere? Are there any systems in place that would identify issues if their country of origin o manufacturer doesn’t have a system in place?
What if you built a tiny cabin?

Because I was ignoring it while driving?
Suicide scissors‽
This is an uneducated yet optimistic guess, but I’m wondering if there’s a legal or tax reason to preclude those states, so they have to, on paper do so, while at the same time using other means to channel the money where it belongs. Perhaps through a donation of their own that coincidentally matches what they…
How does Torch have nothing to do with this article‽
Whoa... O.o
That cover has nothing to do with Rockwell. It’s a parody of Richard Amsel’s poster for The Sting, which was created in the style of J.C. Leyendecker, a different Saturday Evening Post artist. The circle and lines at the top are Post signatures, not Rockwell ones.
Thanks for posting this. Rockwell is my favorite artist, and I’m always happy to see others who better understand the depth of his work, beyond his Post covers! I know it’s still a cheesy image, but that first one actually gets me a bit emotional... never mind the second two.
What you said is accurate, and he did yield on the race stuff, but his post work includes a surprising amount of feminist works, both subtle and overt.
So many of these are amazing... but holy shit the Alex Ross Harley Quinn one! She looks like she just stepped off the page!
If you can do that, fantastic. At my family gatherings, and other parties I’ve been to (though not all) that just causes a chain reaction as one guest overhears and says goodbye, then two, then forty...
Rear hood... Do you mean the deck lid?
