The ban should allow medical practitioners to actively deceive those who want their daughters checked. Like, the person being “examined” can sign whatever paperwork and then go into the exam room, sit around for ten minutes and then the medical practitioner says whatever the person requests.

Trust me, she is 100% going to prison. The DOJ is not going to let her off at this point, not when they just sent some other rich guy to federal prison for six months. That is not the way they do things, and the case against her is strong enough that nothing is going to save her.

Also important: Felicity Huffman’s apology actually apologized to the people she hurt, and she admitted guilt in it. No “sorry if I caused hurt” or trying to explain her rationale. She said she knew what she did was wrong and caused hurt.
