You realize it’s a trend among men to pretend they are women and post on feminist sites. And their emphasis, like in your post, is always “poor men, they are so unfairly treated by you, evil women”. That was your emphasis, not the concern for women’s safety.

I managed to star posts on both sides of this argument, because both are right - it happens everywhere, it is a global issue, but it is also exacerbated in certain cultures, and we should listen to the women who live in those cultures and the women who went through those terrifying moments in Cologne on New Year’s

I want a German woman to write a post and tell us how she feels about these developments in Germany, not you. You don’t speak for German women. Why is it that it’s men who always feel the need to speak for women, especially when it comes to important issues such as their safety. I don’t give a damn on what the German

This woman’s statements about being abused must be proven false before you can talk about any kind of defamation.

“it’s make sure suspect law breakers are punished, either for “justice”, or just so they don’t do it again.”

But dude, it’s not law enforcement people are doing. If they did, he would be in jail. Try again.

but where would the expert you think the bruises should be left and how big should they be?

well, what did you expect a schlong to say?

But the white actors are in those movies just because they are white. Does that bother you?

I don’t give her any credit, I’m sorry. Unless she was living under a rock, she knew exactly what the pay gap meant, she knew it was one of the most important and urgent issues women face, and there is no excuse whatsoever for her to say it’s rude to talk about it and that she won’t do it “just because she’s a woman”.

Come back when you grow up since I feel like I’m talking to a schoolboy. And I am saying that with empathy, as a mother.

Or just send Josh Moore a message on his web page to tell him how you feel. It’s quick and easy. I’ve already done it.

And I am Mother Theresa. You may claim anything you want, that’s the internet. You definitely don;t have a scientific mind.

Psst... the boy is still in school. It’s hard at that age...

I had a hunch you have not yet finished school.

That’s funny, the LHC IS part of science, the experimental part of it. Geez, what’s your definition of science? Anyhow, you’ve been quibbling with notions that you’re barely grasping, without any direction, without making any point. I have no clue what you’re getting at.

The point being that some perceptions are more valid than others and therefore carry more weight. People who experience discrimination have a way more accurate perception of how it impacts their lives, than people who are simple privileged spectators. What you like or don’t like is irrelevant.

“Same. It’s like relief for the victims, but also fear about how it will all play out actual-justice-wise.”

Subjective people base their reasoning on beliefs and intuition (most of the time) and logic (rarely) . That’s their “reality”.

You do sound like someone who perceives the reality women and minorities face daily, as being subjective. Why, because you can’t identify with them. For you and other people who don’t experience discrimination it’s all abstract, and it’s natural to be that way. But now you understand why women don’t want men to
