If they have arcade physics and buttons for my pass and shoot controls, I'm in. Sports games lost me after they stopped being less like games and more like simulations or action rpgs.

@Jordan_KZ: PPS: It's an SDTV. You won't get a better picture out of it even if you could hook it up using HDMI... and Wii's don't come with component cables anyway... and vintage systems look better on CRTs. There is no reason to use anything better unless you have an HD panel.
