In what way?

I’m sure people have had a hard time, and I have too. But as you know.. I wasn’t talking about them or me... I was talking about it feeling like Lucid using it as yet another excuse. Like I wrote.

My son had covid. Idc what you do with your ignorance, but leave me out of it.

I said from the beginning with Lucid (and Faraday Future.. remember them?!) that I’ll believe it when I see it.

A fair point, and I thought it too.  But that car comes down hard from a pretty good height and he had the wherewithal to get back in his lane and not hit the wall.  Still super impressive.

I was reading through the description and whatnot and thinking “I know it’s a kit car.. but I kinda like it!.. how much was it again?” I was absentmindedly thinking it was $8500 or so and thinking “yeah that’s probably a bit too much for someone else’s project with an old Corvair engine”...

.. an obvious feature in a tech-heavy $40k-55k car EV

If Chevy can put HUDs in, Tesla can too. And I’m not out there buying a $60,000+ new car so that I can “get pretty used to” having to look in the middle of the dash for any of my basic instrument readings.

THANK YOU for saying that this and the Model 3 need a HUD. That would go a loooooong way in making me consider buying a $60k+ EV.

What about if it had hit the passenger compartment?  That gash in the fuselage suggests that it might’ve been fatal to people near the strike.

What a crazy life!  Good read, thank you!

Right.  And then there’s Shilling lol

Please don’t feign offense. Interrobangs are not offensive. I’m holding you to what you said. There were no accusations.

Miles disagree.  Also disagree with “reliable”.

If you want the “good” 80s turbo-four car, you buy a Starquest.  And an ‘89 at that.  They drive fantastic.

Wow, that is a brainwave.
