I don't actually have cable, so I'm limited to stuff that's posted online, or the stuff that I'm hooked on from when it was posted online in the past.

Discovering that 4 of the shows I watch on CBS that were renewed (and that those are the only shows I watch on CBS) got me ranking networks by how many shows I watch on them, and I've got nothing better to do than share them here:

The uptempo "Never Give All the Heart" is what's in the Bombshell Cast Album on iTunes, so it is available, just not in a place you'd necessarily think to look.

Straining to think of something positive to say, personally, I quite liked the orchestrations/use of full orchestra in the clips.

It's free on Amazon Prime if you or someone who cares for you has access to that service.

Especially because it was mentioned that it was April when Ted was standing in the street.

This episode is still on (grrr basketball), so I haven't read the review, but I am enjoying the heck out of it.

Amanda Bynes was my first crush way back when. The Amanda Show made me laugh a LOT when it was on. Then she got a Twitter account . . .

He's very good at getting people to be game for stuff, he'll do fun things with the guests and inventive things that are fun to see executed. His monologue is pretty bad, but usually not worse than any of the 11:30 guys (Ferguson really does the only straight up  "monologue" in mainstream late night that's usually

I really liked the most recent episode. Or, at least, I really really like Julie White's performance in that balloon/ring scene. Made me cry.

SO much wasted potential. I can't take joy in this, I'm just sad.

I'm curious to see if the ratings can go ANY lower this week, but there's good reason to expect it with the Daylight Savings drop and the fact that the lead-ins were all repeats.

I do enjoy these commercials, mostly because it feels like the kids are being fairly spontaneous and actually have kid appropriate things to say, and I don't have a hard time believing that they came up with the stuff they say/do. In this Modern Family world we live in, it's nice to have actual children represented on

Well, if SMASH brought us nothing else, it brought us Megan Hilty and Veanne Cox in period costumes in a photo used on the AV Club.

I genuinely liked most of this episode and think a LOT more of it worked than didn't work, but boy are the budget cuts really making themselves apparent in this episode. Between the fake looking doorway set and the obvious cutting around not being able to have lots of guest stars, all the stuff at Shirley's house felt

"Public Relations" is on sale! Just as part of the Bombshell Cast Album. You really have to want to find it.

The other fun thing about the Belasco is that it's haunted by the ghost of its namesake, producer David Belasco (whose apartment is still above the theatre and I believe there's still a hole in the balcony back wall connected to the apartment that he would open to check on the happenings in the theatre, if it survived

Am I accurate in noting that most of the more well-received (around here) Simpsons episodes of late have had the extra Executive Producer credit for Matt Selman at the top of the closing credits, as this one did? I wonder if Al Jean is looking to take less of a hands on role in the near future.

@avclub-7aee1b75b527e215f31e20a5c4e7a768:disqus It really is a fascinating experience, just because it's so odd to think how successful this megamusical that's largely based in operetta, but with a disco-influenced title song, has been for so long and how it is considered the representative example of "musical
