Yeah I have the same thing, I just didn’t know there was a name for it.
Also occasionally a mattress spring in my bed may become ‘stuck’ and will suddenly ‘pop’ hours or minutes later causing a sensation that seems like someone is punching or slapping my bed extremely hard.
...not a pleasant way to be woken up.
