Every seat should have an assigned storage space that you and only you can use. Period. Problem solved.

Me too - I was going to say... ehhh... this is a stretch.

The first half sound like boring job interview questions and the second half sound like job interview questions from the “fun,” manager, who “wants to see how you think.”

OK you had me until garden tools, and that elicited a “WTF” in my head.

I’m surprised it doesn’t end with him getting rear-ended.

It’s quite simple. Disable the paging file and if applications crash without of memory” errors then you need more RAM.

Bravo for the Douglas Adams ref.

Tiny cars are still very popular in Europe. Although we don’t really have sedans (apart from Mercedes / BMW but they will make you look like a taxi). Manuverability and ease of parking still matter here.

I daily one of the smallest cars on the market, I don’t feel unsafe.

We need to change regulations about SUVs. They are too big, too heavy, too inefficient.

1st: If automakers stop selling cheaper models, that will force more people to seek out and support alternatives, like transit. More reliance on transit helps build political support to fund it (and other alternatives).

It’s funny, right up until he actually discharges his gun you can see him thinking he’s in an action movie, and then reality ensues REAL fucking quick.

He’d already had the gun out well before the guy passed on the right, so his response was never going to be justified. Dude is going to get cornholed by the criminal justice system (with no lube, I might add) and he fucking deserves it. No more guns for him once this is all over.

My town voted no on a new school complex that would raise taxes by like $600/year or something stupid. Meanwhile one school is permanently closed and the students are spread among the others and another school frequently has the heat cutting out - it’s happened several times this season alone.

We could tax corporations, and not just living and breathing people

Always read your owner’s manual. It’s no romance novel with Fabio on the cover, but you’ll learn some interesting and very useful things. Like when to change your oil instead of listening to the kid at Jiffy Lube.

And that’s the kind of thinking that has put us exactly where we are today. There are over 45,000 ‘poor’ rated bridges like this in the US. No state is unaffected. Feel free to have a look for yourself:

It’s a start, but it’s decades late and not enough.
