I’ve been doing this (for my office) with my Ring doorbell. If I can activate the camera, power’s on (the doorbell runs on a battery, but the router it connects to depends on line voltage).
50+ years ago, I built a circuit consisting of a momentary PBNO pushbutton switch, an AC relay, and a light. When the power in…
Can Trump drive?
It’s good. Milka is also very good, but I think Ritter Sport is the best.
I’m a solo practitioner, so I can go to my office without worries. However, I also am fortunate enough have a home office (pictured) which consists of a comparatively ancient Surface Pro 3, so I don’t have to haul my “good” laptop home every evening. Hidden behind the Surface is a docking station for same.
I bought a 2010 Fit with a manual transmission three years ago with 100,000 miles on it. I paid $5,000. It’s now at 155,000 miles and I’ve had to replace the tires once (I didn’t really need to, but at the start of COVID, after 50,000 miles, it seemed like a good idea), and an air conditioner relay.
In 1981, when I was an undergraduate at the University of Minnesota, I wrote my sociology honors thesis on the gay rights movement. Kameny’s name was one of those that kept coming up. In the course of that work, I discovered many of the same things that Cervini has, though his work is clearly much more comprehensive…

Brooks (and other) leather saddles are the most comfortable saddles out there—if you ride fairly often. Most people don’t, and aren’t up to the caretaking that leather saddles need (break-in, regular leather treatment, coverage against rain [this is also one of--though by no means the only-- the reasons that I have…

To me, the first generation was a little plain. The second generation has a little more design to it (and the seats are a way better fit for me). After that, they started landing on chrome and those fake-waffle panels in the rear. The 2d generation looks like a utility vehicle—an escape pod. After that, it’s like…
I like it, but that’s the sort of thing I like. Degustibus, non est disputandem.
Me, too. Now, doing 12 hours in the back seat is another matter.
I tend to agree that the latest model Fit is not good to look at. Mine’s a 2010, and I rather like it, but each to their own taste.
I have two roommates. My Spouse and my Child (youngest of four, she’s 21 and came home over break and then, of course, things went into a handbasket.
I am so sorry; my condolences. I lost my parents a few years ago, and having all the people around was difficult, but I don’t know how I would have felt doing it alone. You are a hero.
OK, this is cool. But at least as far as programs and files, it doesn’t do anything more than the Windows key, and requires a two-key combination.
WD40 is OK, but you need to apply it frequently. It’s mostly a volatile carrier that evaporates and leaves little behind in the way of lubrication. There are a number of better lubes, making all kinds of crazy claims. Just ask your bike shop for some good stuff and you’ll likely be set for life. I kind of like Chain-L…
Looking at it, it reminds me a bit of my Dad’s ‘67 MGB. Those were sports cars, not muscle.
This looks like premeditated murder. IMO That’s how it should be charged.
