There is a thing called perspective. It's failing miserably here to disprove it isn't on the ground. Look at how low the swing to the right is. How high that guys legs are to avoid hitting the ground. Look a where the swing set legs are.

A lot of these are just a byproduct of squash and stretch animation and are not meant to really be analyzed frame by frame. Anime is usually more rigid, but it's not unheard of for things to be deformed a bit in the name of more fluid motion, see FLCL or Kill la Kill for prime examples.

Parody material is not protected under copyright. Not to mention I have my doubts that SE decided to copyright white text on a blue rectangle. Thanks for playing though!
