I don’t think anyone in Tampa is actually from Tampa.

It is definitely a political statement. I have no doubt in my mind Matt Slatus isn’t aware that it is, but rather believes it is a symbol supporting officers killed in the line of duty.

“And then Jameis says to me Uber? I HARDLY KNEW ‘ER!”

Wow this really is way fewer emails than every other team

Here’s your yearly reminder that Warren Sapp is banned from all Best Buys.”

This ad legit confused me for a second...

“This is only political for the left.”

Why use such a political symbol instead of a more specific “In Loving Memory” with the officers’ names on it? Why choose something so controversial and then try to defend it when there are other, BETTER, options? I don’t get it.

Strawman arguments aren’t sensible, friend. The word you’re looking for is fallacious.

STOP.

I’m sure the MAGA chuds will be fine with another team wearing a Black Lives Matter patch...since, you know, it wouldn’t be worn as a political statement but rather as a way to honor those slain by cops.

As a reminder, this flag was created in 2014. Flag-humpers/bootlickers like to pretend it was created by Betsy Ross herself.

If this is really* about honoring the two deputies who were killed in the line of duty, wouldn’t it have made more sense to the the county seal/flag patch on the back of the uniform?

“not political” ALWAYS means “not liberal”

Just make it a white hood, already, you racist assholes.

Can you find a single instance of the expression ‘Blue Lives Matter’ being used that pre-dates the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement?

They could’ve just done what every other sports team does to memorialize people: put their initials on a patch. But that was clearly too much work

Blue Lives Matter.

About time someone stood up for the umpires.
