The system is not inoperable during share play. That's only if they take over a single player game. Share play probably assumes they take over the first player, but you can always re-sync your controller and it would act like a second controller.

you can use this to simulate local 2 player. Basically, streaming to someone else just allows them to connect a controller from somewhere else. Streaming game assets like you suggest would be impossible.

The satellite argument is stupid. It's also used in Uncharted. You couldn't find a lost city using satellite imagery. Any lost city would be overrun with vegetation and it would just look like a forest from Satellite.

Consoles aim differently than PC, but no less accurate. The camera control is different. Mouses point AT a specific location. Analog sticks move the camera at varying speeds.
