Schefter and ESPN did not violate HIPAA because they are not subject to HIPAA.

They say Pierre-Paul may seek as many as seven digits.

“Jason, can you please identify the man in the courtroom that you believe illegally posted your medical records without your permission. Just go ahead and point him out. Don’t be afraid, just point at him.”

I loved your work at Gizmodo, but what you did at Gawker was at a whole different level, it was brilliant. Good to see you here.

Why is this sports clip tagged as Politics?

Hmmm

You spliced!

Is the Concourse the new Gawker?

The Smithsonian National Zoo has brought in Sparky, the Sumatran tiger you see above, for the sole purpose of sexing

HamNo could be a valuable late round pick as a role player.

the four swimmers spoke to U.S. State Department officials and they agreed to shut up. Almost immediately after the briefing, Lochte “walked across the street” and gave an interview

We even have [a video] image of the ass of one of them with his pants pulled down.

Something about this story doesn’t smell right. I mean, Lochte is no whiz kid, but how is “they were asked to use the bathroom” where this story starts? Something pissed off either the gas station or the swimmers before that. And then why leak the robbery story? Did someone text them “ur in trouble” and they did that

Well, Lochte might not be a good representative of America, but at least he’s an accurate one.
